What is Acupressure?
Acupressure is an energy balancing modality, using finger pressure, on specific points, along energy channels (meridians), that lie within the body. Acupressure is based on ancient Chinese Acupuncture theory. Acupuncture (needle therapy), and Acupressure (finger pressure therapy) together are referred to as, Acu-Theory. Acu-Theory originated in China, and spread to Korea, Japan, Vietnam, France, Italy, the U.S. and Canada.
